РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ДЕСЦЕМЕТОРЕКСИСА С ЭНДОТЕЛИОКЕРАТОПЛАСТИКОЙ

В роботі подані результати 6-місячного спостереження за 7 пацієнтами після десцеметорексису з ендотеліокератопластикою — Б8БК (7очей; 5 після Б8БК, 2 після одномоментного Б8БК та факоемульсифікаціїз імплантацією ІОЛ). За весь період спостереження в 28% випадків виникла дислокація трансплантату, в 14% випадків розвинулась дисфункція ендотелію на трансплантаті. Встановлено, що через 6місяців післяопераційного періоду рогівковий астигматизм практично не змінився в порівнянні з вихідним, товщина рогівки складала (773 ± 204) мкм, а втрата ендотеліальних клітин на трансплантаті складала 23,52%. Це дозволяє розглядати дане оперативне втручання достойною альтернативою наскрізній кератопластиці при дистрофіях рогівки.
