ОСОБЕННОСТИ КЛИНИЧЕСКОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ КЕРАТИТА, ВЫЗВАННОГО ВИРУСОМ VARICELLA ZOSTER

В роботі наведені дані літератури та власні спостереження, що висвітлюють особливості перебігу герпетичного кератиту та його лікування. Показано, що розвиток герпетичного захворювання ока при ураженні п'ятої пари черепно-мозкових нервів спостерігається через (8,7±SD9,8) діб після шкіряних проявів герпесу, тому поряд із системною противірусної терапією необхідно профілактичне призначення очних протигерпетичних форм лікарських засобів. При ураженні ока герпесом відмічається зниження чутливості рогівки у 83,3 % пацієнтів, зниження сльозопродукції — у 100 %, нейро-трофічна кератопатія — у 58,3 %, що вимагає додаткового включення в медикаментозне лікування засобів, які поліпшують трофіку тканин не тільки місцево, а і системно.
