ОФТАЛЬМОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПРОЯВЛЕНИЯ ГРАНУЛЕМАТОЗА ВЕГЕНЕРА (КЛИНИЧЕСКОЕ НАБЛЮДЕНИЕ)

У статті описаний клінічний випадок синдрому верхньої очноямкової щілини як офтальмологічний прояв гранулематозу Вегенера. Представлені сучасні дані по етіології, епідеміології, діагностиці, клінічним проявам і тактиці лікування цього системного захворювання.
