Офтальмологічні прояви у онкогематологічних пацієнтів

Офтальмологічні прояви у дорослих онкогематологічних хворих можуть виникати як первинна ознака основного захворювання або рецидив на фоні ремісії. Також можливий розвиток ушкодження органу зору за рахунок анемії, тромбоцитопенії, коагулопатії, розвитку інфекційних уражень як внаслідок ускладнень, що розвиваються у пацієнта. Також можливий розвиток офтальмотоксичності при використанні цитостатичних препаратів та засобів сучасної таргетної терапії. Проведений аналіз вказує на необхідність виключення лейкемії при ураженнях органа зору , особливо у випадку геморагічних ускладнень, ураження сітківки та зорового нерву. Поряд з цим при огляді пацієнта, який перебуває в стані ремісії після терапії онкогематологічного захворювання, при будь-яких офтальмологічних проявах необхідно виключити можливість розвитку рецидиву. Також особливу настороженість треба виявити при огляді пацієнта під час проведення лікування традиційними цитостатичними засобами та при використанні таргетної терапії, коли будь-які офтальмологічні ураження можуть бути проявами офтальмотоксичності, що потребує негайного втручання або припинення терапії основного захворювання.
