After conducting photodynamic therapy according to the data of long-wave fundusgraphy and fluorescent angiography the reliable reduction in the area of subretinal neovascular complex is determined by 22% and 31% respectively. The noninvasive method of long-wave fundusgraphy can be used both independently and in the complex with fluorescent angiography for diagnosis and dynamic observation for the subretinal neovascular membranes after photodynamic therapy.
