The article is about congenital optic disc anomaly. The authors present modern literature data about clinical features of morning glory syndrome and describe a clinical case of morning glory syndrome associated with persistent hyaloid artery in patient of 53 years. This anomaly is a rare condition and may lead to persistent low vision of affected eye.
