Динамика изменений базиса стекловидного тела при увейте, леченном адалимумабом

Мета роботи — вивчення динаміки змін базиса скловидного тіла при увеї-ті, що лікувався Адалімумабом.

Матеріал і методи. Під спостереженням знаходилася хвора С. 5 років з рецидивуючим переднім увеїтом на фоні ювенільного артриту.

Результати. Через 4 місяці лікування Адалімумабом (по 20 мг 1 раз на 2 тижні в поєднанні з метотрексатом 10мг 1 раз на тиждень) ексудат розсмоктався в пребазальних відділах скловидного тіла, а через 7місяців — в базальних відділах. Протягом року загострень увеїта не відмічено. Висновки. При лікуванні Адалімумабом увеїта ексудат повільніше розсмоктується в базальних відділах скловидного тіла. Застосування Адалімумаба є ефективним в лікуванні увеїта і в комбінації з метотрексатом сприяє запобіганню рецидивів захворювання.
